Thank to the simmetry, it can be assembled without any mistake eliminating any possible positioning problem.

Fasteners locking is made by a zinc and chrome-palted special wrench equipped with a special rigid polyurethane handle and relevant spacers. The box quality plastic material, the hook zinc-plating and the Zn+Al+Mg alloy eccentring core protect the fasteners against any kind of alteration caused by moisture, weather conditions and chemical products.

These valves are produced in TN (normal temperature) and BT (low temperature) version. They resist up to -40° C and they consist of plastic material (A.B.S.) pressed in cylindric shape.
Their function consists of the movement caused by the pressure on the two balanced inner disks; this allows the opening and closing stages.
They can be mounted both in vertical (on the wall) and in horizontal (to the ceiling) position. A 100 mm hole on the board is enough to fix them by means of self-threading screws (included in the package).
They are suitable to refrigerating rooms of 2 up to 120 m3; you can use further valves in case of larger volumes.
They are protected on the external side by an anti-insects net.
They can be adjusted in a telescopic way on thickness of 60 up to 120 mm; an extension of the pipe is sufficient for larger thicknesses.

Jigs Service's cassette for the production of panel is ideally used with multilayer presses because it gives the possibility to prepare the panels while the machine is closed for curing.
The cassette is basically composed by a composite base (high pressure laminate) granting utter resistance against heat, scratches and deformability so to grant the required planarity which is at the grounds for a good panel's quality.
Further more, once heated, the cassette maintain the heat improving foam's flowability and cavity filling. Side moulds, designed to withstand press clamping force, will contain and shape the foam laterally.
By replacing the side moulds using spacers it is possible to set up the cassette for producing panels of different lenght, width and thickness. The set-up of the cassette is very easy and user-friendly.
To release the panel after curing, two sides of the cassette are provided of movable side-moulds while remaining two sides are fixed.
Side-moulds are movable thenks to a mechanism mounted directly onto the cassette. This mechanism allow the moulds to be positioned correctly for keeping the sheets metal in place during foaming and curing; at the same time il allows the release of the side-moulds after curing.
